LinC Worker

Wellways is seeking a Life in Community (LinC) Worker to join a newly established Bushfire Surge Response Team, delivering mental health and wellbeing services across the Mitchell and Murrindindi Shires. This role involves providing one-to-one and group support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges, social isolation, or loneliness to foster meaningful community connections. The successful candidate will utilize their lived experience of mental health recovery to empower others, facilitate activities, and build community capacity through resource sharing and presentations.
