Herschend is hiring a Line Cook for Dolly Parton’s SongTeller Hotel in downtown Nashville. The role involves preparing and cooking menu items, assisting with banquet and kitchen line functions, and maintaining a clean, sanitary culinary environment. The Line Cook will work under the Sous Chef or Jr. Sous Chef, ensuring food quality, proper stock levels, and adherence to safety and food safety standards.
