Line Cook

The Line Cook will oversee daily food production and ensure that food preparation and storage areas are clean and organized in compliance with NYC Department of Health regulations. This full-time, on-site role involves preparing meals according to established menus and standardized recipes while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. The position requires working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment to support Encore's mission of improving the quality of life for older New Yorkers.
