Line Leader

The Line Leader provides guidance to assigned Line Workers to effectively fill finished good products according to Good Manufacturing Practices and production specifications. This role involves training, motivating, and instructing staff on quality control, packaging procedures, and safety while ensuring compliance with all standard operating procedures and company policies. The position requires maintaining clean and safe line areas, auditing production requirements, and collaborating with other departments to resolve issues impacting product quality and efficiency.
