Line Maintenance Supervisor

This role serves as a front-line leader within the Line Maintenance Team, overseeing aircraft maintenance technicians to ensure the safe, compliant, and timely return to service of American Airlines' aircraft. The position involves managing workload, resources, and relationships with internal teams, external regulatory authorities, and vendors. The supervisor guides terminal and hangar maintenance operations, implements organizational policies, and provides coaching and development for crew chiefs and leads.
