Line Operator

The Line Operator is responsible for managing the changeover, setup, startup, operation, and maintenance of automated production lines and workstations. This role ensures adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards while coordinating production schedules and maintaining accurate production data. The position also involves training new employees, participating in continuous improvement initiatives, and performing autonomous maintenance on equipment.
