Line Supervisor

This role involves providing on-site services and support to consumers with mental illness, addiction, or developmental disabilities, including crisis intervention and transportation to appointments. The Line Supervisor will document observations, assist with treatment plans, and respond to emergency situations while maintaining 24-hour availability. The position requires flexibility to work across multiple residential group homes and collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
