About this role

The CDC Foundation seeks a Linkage to Care Coordinator to support the Overdose Data to Action (OD2A) program in Southern Nevada. The role focuses on educating, outreaching, and connecting people with opioid or substance use disorders to treatment and community resources. The coordinator will work with local partners to distribute naloxone, conduct targeted outreach, and facilitate referrals to services.
