Literacy Coach

The Literacy Coach serves as an instructional leader for K-3 students, positively impacting student achievement and teacher instructional practice through evidence-based coaching, modeling, and data-informed feedback. This role builds teacher capacity and strengthens the implementation of High-Quality Tier 1 literacy instruction aligned to the science of reading, state standards, and the district's ELA curriculum. The position requires a valid Georgia Professional Standards Commission certificate and a minimum of five years of classroom or literacy intervention experience at the assigned grade levels.
