Litigation Associate Attorney

A global AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its nationally recognized Accounting Defense practice. The role involves hands‑on work in high‑stakes litigation, arbitration, and regulatory enforcement matters before the SEC, PCAOB, and DOJ, representing premier accounting firms, public issuers, and directors and officers. The associate will collaborate with senior attorneys on complex disputes and develop case strategy.
