Litigation Associate

A Litigation Associate will join a prominent regional firm's Medical and Life Sciences team to handle general, premises, and product liability defense matters across New York, New Jersey, and federal courts. The role involves managing cases from inception to settlement or trial, including drafting legal documents, conducting research, and collaborating with senior attorneys on strategy. Associates will also manage discovery, coordinate with expert witnesses, and participate in courtroom and mediation proceedings.
