Litigation Associate

Pacifica is seeking a litigation associate to join its sophisticated litigation practice, contributing to the firm's diversity and success while working in a dynamic, team-oriented atmosphere. The role involves preparing pleadings and briefs for trial, administrative, and appellate courts, while participating in all aspects of civil litigation including discovery, motion practice, and appeals. The associate will assist in researching complex legal issues, providing strategic counseling to clients, and gaining experience with courtroom practice and direct client interaction.
