We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 4 years of litigation experience to join our California Litigation Practice Group, specializing in medical malpractice defense and complex litigation in state and federal courts. This hybrid role offers flexibility across Southern California offices and provides early ownership of high-exposure healthcare litigation matters with meaningful client exposure. The position involves managing all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation, while collaborating with partners and insurance carriers.
