Litigation Associate

A Litigation Associate with 7–15 years of experience will join a nationally respected plaintiff-side wage-and-hour boutique in Houston. The role involves handling substantive litigation, including depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial work, alongside the firm's Partners on complex class and collective actions. The associate will manage a nationwide docket of FLSA class/collective actions and participate in settlement negotiations.
