The Litigation Attorney will independently manage complex insurance defense cases from inception through trial, collaborating with claims professionals and business partners to resolve matters efficiently. This hybrid role requires handling moderate to high exposure civil litigation, conducting legal activities such as mediations and trials, and providing strategic legal advice to clients and adjusters. The position involves negotiating settlements, advising on case evaluations, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
