Litigation Counsel

As Litigation Counsel at Whatnot, you will be responsible for leading the company's worldwide litigation strategy, managing high-stakes disputes and regulatory investigations related to commercial, intellectual property, and consumer protection matters. The role encompasses collaboration across various departments, including Legal, Public Policy, and Communications, to ensure effective litigation risk management and cohesive regulatory responses. You will also oversee external counsel, guide senior leadership on enforcement trends, and build a high-performing internal team to continuously improve Whatnot's litigation and regulatory processes.
