Litigation Paralegal (Irvine)

A leading law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for its Irvine office to support litigation attorneys through every phase of a case, from initiation and discovery through trial, post-trial findings, and appeals. The role requires deep knowledge of litigation and trial procedure and of federal, state, and appellate court rules nationwide. The position involves preparing pleadings and discovery documents, conducting fact investigations, managing documents and files, and providing trial support. Candidates should have at least 8 years of law firm litigation paralegal experience, an ABA-approved paralegal certification, and a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree or some college is preferred. Experience with voluminous document productions and e-discovery, working knowledge of Superior, Federal, and U.S. District Court rules, and excellent writing skills are required. The salary for this non-exempt position is up to $170,000.
