Litigation Paralegal

This role involves managing sophisticated plaintiff-side personal injury litigation from filing through trial, handling discovery, court filings, and case management. The paralegal will work closely with experienced trial attorneys, mentor legal assistants, and ensure proactive problem-solving and efficient case progression. The position requires strong knowledge of California civil procedure and a minimum of five years of litigation paralegal experience.
