A Field Project Manager for Live Events oversees the logistics, coordination, and maintenance of heavy equipment at large-scale music festivals and sporting events. This pivotal role ensures seamless operations from load-in to load-out by managing labor crews, troubleshooting issues, and serving as the primary on-site contact for clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics and service for up to 150 pieces of event equipment
Manage labor crews and third-party trucking to ensure operational readiness
Lead daily safety protocols including JSS/JSA and operation meetings
Conduct site visits and advance assessments for logistical feasibility
Troubleshoot technical or logistical issues during live events
