Live-In Building Superintendent

Pier 4 is seeking an experienced Live-In Building Superintendent in London, Ontario, to serve as the on-site face of the community and ensure the property is maintained to a high standard. This hands-on role involves day-to-day operations, preventative maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer service to foster positive tenant relationships. The position requires responding to resident inquiries, coordinating contractor access, and participating in a rotational on-call schedule for emergencies and weekend coverage.
