L'Arche Chicago is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) community organization that creates integrated homes in Chicago-area neighborhoods where adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (Core Members) and live-in assistants build shared lives as equals. With four established community homes and over two decades of presence in the Chicago area, L'Arche provides personalized care through DSP-certified caregivers and fosters belonging through relationship-based, person-centered community life. As part of the international L'Arche federation, the organization also engages volunteers, donors, and local partners to create a world where people with and without intellectual disabilities are friends and equals.
