Live Out - Superintendent

The Live Out - Superintendent assumes total responsibility for the physical plant, overseeing general maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance across all building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. This role involves supervising maintenance staff, managing service contractors, and ensuring the uninterrupted integrity of MEP systems while maintaining a safe and secure environment. The position requires close collaboration with management and residents to address operational needs and emergency responses.
