About this role
The Living in Community (LinC) Worker is a peer-based role within Wellways' Building Community Capacity team, focused on reducing social isolation and supporting mental health and wellbeing across the Greater Shepparton region. It is a permanent full-time position (with a 0.8 FTE option) within a values-based, not-for-profit mental health and wellbeing partnership that emphasises lived experience, inclusivity and community connection.
