About this role

As a Development Instructor at KLA, you will transform complex engineering specifications for new semiconductor products into world-class training materials and curriculum. This role partners with engineering and manufacturing teams to create comprehensive training packages, including instructor guides, hands-on labs, and certification paths for global field service engineers. You will also experiment with innovative delivery methods and deliver specialized training to alpha/beta customers and internal Delivery Instructors.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive training packages and certification frameworks for new semiconductor products
Partner with engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy of training materials
Deliver specialized training to alpha/beta customers and Train-the-Trainer sessions
Master complex technical systems to become a subject matter expert
Experiment with innovative instructional delivery methods like AR/MR
