As an Operational Performance Lead, this role leads Learning Management Administration and Support within the Autonomous Systems Professional Development group. The position serves as a bridge between the learning management platform and broader content distribution technologies, assisting internal and external partners in administering online learning content. Key duties include standardizing training delivery, creating eLearning objects, managing the Learning Management System (LMS), and generating learner progression reports.
