About this role
The LNA Apprenticeship is a paid "learn-as-you-earn" program that provides classroom and practicum training leading to statewide certification and a guaranteed full-time Licensed Nursing Assistant position upon successful completion. It is a two-year commitment beginning February 23, 2026, with a Monday–Friday schedule and hybrid course delivery (online and in-person). Participants transition into full-time inpatient LNA roles within the health system after completing the program requirements.
