BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Licensed Nurse Aide (LNA) for a full-time role providing hospice visits to clients throughout Merrimack, Hillsborough, and Belknap counties in New Hampshire. The LNA will be part of a multi-disciplinary home health team delivering home health aide, skilled nursing, and palliative care to help clients remain safely at home.
