About this role
The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) provides direct and indirect patient care for a specialty patient population in a hospital setting, working under the direction of the Director and/or Nurse Manager. The role supports registered nurses by assisting with patient care activities for simple to complex cases and contributes to maintaining a safe, clean care environment. The LNA participates in documentation and supports unit operations as part of the nursing team.
