About this role
The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) provides direct and indirect patient care for a group of patients on a hospital unit, supporting patients with a range of needs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role supports the specialty population of the unit and assists with patient monitoring, documentation, and maintaining a safe care environment. The LNA works under the direction of the Director and/or Nurse Manager.
