About this role
A Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) at Concord Hospital provides direct and indirect patient care under the direction of the Director and/or Nurse Manager and under the supervision of a registered nurse. The role supports a specialty patient population, assisting with activities of daily living and basic clinical tasks for patients with simple to complex needs. The LNA documents care, reports observations to the RN, and may serve as a preceptor for new employees.
