Loader Operator

The Loader Operator is responsible for operating heavy equipment, such as front-end loaders, to lift and transport bulk materials to storage areas, feed conveyors, and load trucks or railcars. The role involves performing routine maintenance on equipment, ensuring the quality and quantity of raw materials meet established standards, and adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. The operator must also communicate with plant personnel to resolve problems and recommend performance improvements.
