This role involves providing exceptional customer service by assisting with locating, selecting, and loading merchandise while maintaining in-stock conditions and store safety. The position requires operating power equipment and store technology to fulfill customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently. Associates are expected to engage with customers, support large order fulfillment, and maintain organized work areas throughout the store and parking lot.
