Loads Development Lead, Space Based Interceptors

True Anomaly seeks a Loads Development Lead to serve as the technical authority for structural, mechanical, thermal, and coupled loads across a next-generation Space Based Interceptors defense program. The role involves end-to-end ownership of loads development from launch through on-orbit operations, establishing program standards, and ensuring load environments are physically realistic and analytically defensible. As a senior technical leader, you will mentor analysts, lead design trade studies, and act as the steward of the program's critical Loads Data Book.
