Loan Administration

This role is responsible for protecting the credit union's assets by managing delinquent loan accounts and facilitating the collection of past-due payments while delivering exceptional member service. The position involves maintaining accurate collection records, processing share charge-offs, assisting with collateral repossessions, and supporting legal recovery efforts. It requires negotiating repayment arrangements and resolving delinquencies in compliance with applicable laws and credit union policies.
