Loan and Lease Coordinator

The Loan and Lease Coordinator supports the agricultural lending and leasing process by partnering with Regional Sales Officers and serving as the primary liaison between customers and internal stakeholders. The role involves coordinating customer communications, collecting and reviewing documentation, preparing credit packages, and managing pipeline activities to ensure timely and compliant loan and lease transactions. This position facilitates efficient transaction progression from application through closing while delivering exceptional customer experience.
