Loan Assistant

As a representative of the bank, this role will be instrumental in helping expand OMB’s brand recognition while increasing market presence by engaging community members and customers who can benefit from the products and services offered. Loan Assistants cooperatively work with lenders and provide support throughout the loan life process, including documentation from application to closing and ongoing borrower support such as renewals, draws, and payments. The role acts as a resource for interested and current borrowers in both commercial and agricultural lending, working directly with banking support teams to ensure outstanding customer service.
