This role involves the verification and preparation of loan and security documents, including mortgage creation, while customizing them in coordination with the bank's legal department. The position requires ensuring error-free processing within stipulated timelines, resolving stakeholder queries, and maintaining compliance with pre-disbursement conditions and internal policies. The incumbent will also proactively mitigate risks, follow up on post-disbursement compliances, and suggest process improvements to ensure no adverse audit observations.
