Loan Officer Assistant

As a Shared Loan Officer Assistant, this role bridges sales generation and operational excellence by managing active loan pipelines and ensuring file integrity for multiple high-producing Loan Officers. You will directly interface with new leads, assist in prospect file work, and support rate negotiations while maintaining strict quality control standards. This position allows the sales team to focus on new business by handling critical operational gaps and customer onboarding experiences.
