Loan Officer

The Loan Officer at First Texoma National Bank is responsible for soliciting, negotiating, underwriting, and coordinating the closing of major and complex consumer, residential, equipment, agricultural, commercial building, and business loans. This role involves ensuring compliance with the Bank’s lending policies and procedures while providing superior customer service and contributing to the overall profitability of the branch and region. The position also includes business development activities, compliance with banking laws, and providing leadership to less experienced staff.
