About this role
The Loan Operations Associate will manage and maintain Tamara’s Loan Management System (LMS), supporting the end-to-end loan lifecycle from disbursement through repayment and closure. The role partners with Payments, Collections, Customer Support, Finance and Business teams to ensure accurate loan and customer data and swift resolution of platform issues. The associate will document issues and feedback, analyze platform data, and drive improvements to lending infrastructure and customer experience.
