About this role

This role facilitates the client journey by processing new PCA loans and managing all aspects of product delivery before, during, and after closing. The position requires serving as the primary client point of contact to establish strong relationships while maintaining high accountability throughout the loan life cycle. Candidates will prepare loan documents, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate post-closing activities such as booking loans and obtaining vehicle titles.
