This role supports both Consumer and Mortgage Lending Teams by ensuring accurate loan packages, facilitating smooth closings, and providing exceptional member experiences. The position involves coordinating loan closings, preparing closing documents, and maintaining proficiency in primary lending areas while expanding skills in others. Success is measured by delivering error-free loan packages, maintaining clear communication, and supporting seamless loan processes through cross-team collaboration.
