Loan Processor (Non – LO – Processor)

The Loan Processor is responsible for collecting, evaluating, and prioritizing necessary elements to approve and build loans using Federal and State regulatory guidelines. This role performs administrative tasks surrounding loan processing, including reviewing applications, gathering documentation, and verifying income and ownership details. The position serves as a main point of contact for applicants and retail partners while maintaining compliance with lending regulations.
