About this role

This role facilitates the client journey through the processing of new PCA loans, serving as a primary point of contact to establish strong relationships and ensure exceptional service. The position involves managing the entire loan lifecycle, from gathering documentation and conducting due diligence to preparing loan documents and completing post-closing activities. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Financial Officers, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate electronic files throughout the process.

Responsibilities

Process new PCA loans and manage the complete loan lifecycle from application to closing
Serve as primary client contact and collaborate with Financial Officers to qualify loan opportunities
Prepare accurate loan documents, verify compliance, and manage post-closing activities including lien perfection
