Loan Servicer

PRMG is seeking a motivated Loan Servicer to join its Servicing Team, responsible for post-funding customer service, collections, and daily operations of interim servicing issues. The role ensures compliance with company and investor guidelines while managing inbound and outbound communications to prevent early payment defaults and resolve post-closing issues. This position involves processing payoff demands, handling complaints, and maintaining accurate reporting and remitting procedures for residential mortgage loans.
