Loan Servicing Associate

As a Loan Servicing Associate within the escrow servicing team, you act as a subject matter expert ensuring timely and accurate execution of complex escrow activities while providing outstanding client service. You serve as a point of contact for sophisticated requests, resolve issues end-to-end, and guide others on policy and control interpretation. The role involves mentoring teammates, leading user testing for system enhancements, and partnering across teams to drive process improvements and maintain high standards in reporting and documentation.
