Loan Servicing Representative

The Loan Servicing Representative is responsible for efficiently onboarding various loan types into the Core COCC Insight System while ensuring accurate loan maintenance and addressing member inquiries. This role involves performing day-to-day operational functions for the loan portfolio, including reviewing lending reports, managing escrow programs, and processing mortgage discharges. The position requires maintaining compliance with credit union policies and regulatory laws while providing outstanding member service.
