Loan Servicing Specialist

The Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for accurately processing incoming loan payments, reviewing and setting up new, renewed, and modified loans on the core system, and handling payment advances and payoff requests. This role involves researching returned payments, processing reject reports, and maintaining various reports while providing superior customer service to internal and external customers. The position also includes assisting with cross-training, special initiatives, and supporting other areas within Loan Servicing.
