Loan & TA Specialist

The Loan & TA Specialist oversees the provision of technical assistance to current and potential borrowers of Thrive Community Lending, ensuring effective support through one-on-one guidance, business classes, and microenterprise coaching. This role manages the loan processing workflow, coordinates portfolio reviews, and maintains the loan portfolio in alignment with the organization's strategic goals. The position involves analyzing borrower financial information, monitoring loan performance, and fostering ongoing borrower relationships to support business success and repayment.
