Lobby Ambassador

The Lobby Ambassador role at The Ritz-Carlton involves providing exceptional guest services by responding to requests for information, special arrangements, and services for Residence owners and their guests. The position requires managing visitor access, processing calls and messages, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience. This role also includes assisting with elevator scheduling, bell and valet services, and maintaining detailed shift logs.
